Margot brings unique skill sets to the Real Estate arena.  She has an extensive coaching/teaching and professional marketing background that she has blended with her passion for real estate and for doing MORE and bringing her clients RESULTS.  She is a former N.Y. State Dept. of Education Licensed teacher/assistant School Director (Horsemanship/Horsemastership) and among many other accomplishments she has coached an international gold medal winning team. As a corporate Marketing Manager, Margot was selected as the lead marketer for a $25 million dollar re-engineering project that was previewed in Harvard Business Review and successfully exceeded expectations.

Margot has listed and sold every type of property from investment, condos, townhomes, small starter homes, move up homes to million dollar plus estate homes in Montgomery and north eastern Chester Counties. She provides the same level of service to all clients no matter what their price range. Because Margot's business is over 90% referral/repeat business she has gone as far as Oley, Oreland and Downingtown to service her clients.

As an Accredited Seller Representative and former marketing manager and coach, Margot understands how to communicate both sides of the selling/buying equation well. She enjoys an excellent professional reputation and other Realtors enjoy working with her.  She is a strong negotiator representing either side and is always looking for the win/win solution.
